In Gedelli, Mete appears in court for the fire that devastated the neighborhood. Deputy governor Zeki and his brother take up his defense, while Gülsüm and her family seek justice. Meanwhile, Selma and Ali devise an automatic delivery robot invention, and the excitement around the project stirs up jealousies. The weary residents try to heal their wounds and rebuild, amid tension and solidarity.
And after? After that heartbreaking finale, episode 228 promises to be one of confrontations. Zehra, humiliated and rejected by Ali, might seek refuge with her father Mahir, and who knows, prepare an unexpected retaliation. Ramazan Mete, meanwhile, is cornered: his mother Serpil exposed him publicly, and the humiliation could push him to leave home—or worse, reveal a buried family secret. On the romance front, Aslı couldn't confess her love because of her grandfather's interruption; next time, it might be too late. Meanwhile, Kasım, armed with his infamous 'certificate of madness,' might actually act against the matchmakers, dragging Rıfat into a dangerous spiral. And at the newspaper, Sennur is sleeping so deeply one wonders if she's hiding a more serious exhaustion. Finally, will the mysterious 'deposit' handed to Şerif Abdullah find its owner, or will it burn the hands of its keeper?
